This appealed to the Supreme Court, They still found him guilty and declared that segregation was not unconstitutional and separate was equal. I think this was a 10 because this is what put the blacks down and made them want to stand up to get what’s right, also because this clearly violates the constitution. This was the one thing I think that made many African Americans upset and made them feel unequal. This impacted in many ways, by making people stand up for what right especially with Jim Crow Laws witch forced segregation in all public places. Many than took a stand up against segregation.
